GFI Software has something to celebrate! Two women who contribute their hearts and souls to the channel were recognized for their outstanding work this past year.
CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, named Eva Kristovska, Senior Director of Global Inside Sales and Helena Marsikova, Channel Marketing Director to its prestigious 2018 Women of the Channel list. Each year, CRN honors women whose channel expertise and vision are deserving of recognition.
The pas year has proved to be a challenging one in that there were the two acquisitions at GFI Software: those of Kerio Technologies and Exinda. Apart from that, in 2017 GFI starter laying the groundwork for GFI Unlimited, a game-changing subscription that gives you access to a full library of network security and communications solutions. Both Helena and Eva were at the forefront in ensuring that GFI Software partners had access to all that GFI Software has to offer.
A mission to unite partners and solutions
This is the third year Helena Marsikova received this award. She explained, “In 2017, Kerio Technologies and Exinda, which presented a challenge of uniting and unifying partner channels, partner programs, channel processes and ensuring the highest stability possible during the period of transition. I have been part of the team that built the new GFI Partner Program, incorporating the best of all three previous programs.”
Her ability to integrate Kerio and Exinda resellers into GFI’s systems such as our award-winning Partner Program created unity among GFI Software’s offering. She goes on to say, “With our growing product portfolio, I would like to build a program that will motivate partners to adopt more products and take advantage of all the cross-selling opportunities GFI Software offers.”
The path to an exciting growth journey

GFI Software plans to continue acquiring solutions to expand the GFI Unlimited library. This was the first year Eva received the Women of the Channel recognition. This year, she has played a significant part in consolidating key sales processes to better support the channel and customers after the acquisition of Kerio Technologies and Exinda.
Eva explained, “In the next year, our focus as an organization is to help our channel partners begin to reach even more small and medium-sized businesses. This means enabling our Value-Added Distributors who sell our products to be more efficient in using our CRM and educating all partners on how to be even more successful in lead conversion.”

This coming year brings a set of new challenges with the addition of products and programs like GFI Unlimited. Under the leadership of women like Eva and Helena, GFI Software is sure to integrate new partners and customers into the systems while offering award-winning solutions to help them streamline their business. “This accomplished group of leaders is steadily guiding the IT channel into a prosperous new era of services-led business models and deep, strategic partnerships,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company
Both Eva and Helena are excellent examples of women taking charge in the information sector. They both advocate what it means to be a woman channel executive and are paving the way for others to follow their path.
